HELLO is the nonprofit arm of EbJel Flomo Legacy Enterprise, Inc. It is involved in providing Education for youth and children, communication for the community, and creating entertainment for children. HELLO has built a study center in Zorzor, Lofa County to help students in the community who need a place to study, and provides tutors to help them with their lessons. The study center also has a library attached to it with textbooks, reading books, puzzles, learning manipulatives, and few computers.

HELLO is establishing a community based radio station in Zorzor called RICH Radio. The purpose of the radio station is to present real and relevant information that educates, informs, entertains, and enlightens. Young adults and children will have the opportunity to develop a career in communication. The station will work with schools to train their students on the radio. HELLO partnered with another organization called Gathering Together (GT) to build a playground in Zorzor for the purpose of entertaining children. This playground is the biggest in Liberia.
